Project overview
As a senior project manager, you are responsible for the realization of social real estate within the municipality.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Leading complex projects related to social real estate, such as new school constructions
- Managing integrated project teams with colleagues from various disciplines
- Providing reporting to the administrative and executive client
- Ensuring contact and coordination with the executive board, residents, and market parties
- Negotiating with external parties
- Monitoring the integrity of the project within the organization
- Advising management and the executive board on differences of opinion
- Sharing knowledge with other project managers and guiding a junior colleague
- HBO work and thinking level, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, Public Administration, or Spatial Development
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager within a municipality or government organization
- Minimum 2 years of experience with the preparation and/or realization of social real estate, such as schools or sports facilities
- Experience with stakeholder management between administrators, residents, social organizations, and market parties
- Certificate of Conduct (VOG) required
