Seeking a Senior Project Preparer with HBO work and thinking level and at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects in public spaces. The role involves guiding projects from design to tender, checking technical documents, and coordinating with utilities.
Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Independently guide projects from the design phase to the tender, including RAW specifications, cost estimates, and contract formation in accordance with UAV.
- Review technical documents and calculations submitted by external engineering firms.
- Answer internal technical questions and propose practical solutions.
- Coordinate investigations, permits, and cables & pipelines with utility companies and other disciplines.
- Monitor technical quality and feasibility within assigned projects.
- Demonstrable HBO work and thinking level, preferably supplemented with a degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience as a project preparer for civil engineering projects in public spaces, preferably with municipalities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of RAW system, UAV, and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience as a sparring partner and technical conscience within a project organization.
