At Limango IT, you’ll have the chance to apply your ideas and expertise to improve customer service and order management for the German, Polish, and Dutch markets.

You’ll work with a modern technology stack, including cloud-based solutions, service-oriented architecture, and event-driven communication. Additionally, you’ll join an established international agile team comprising experienced developers, a dedicated Product Owner, and a QA engineer.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Run tests hands-on: trigger events via APIs, queues or file uploads, walk through end-to-end scenarios, and document steps and results.
• Prepare and lead UAT with the external partner, and coordinate testing with our partner's QA team, with support from our Principal QA in the Logistics team.
• Analyze requirements and business processes, spot gaps, and turn them into test scenarios and acceptance criteria as well as review the scenarios and cases prepared by our partner.
• Act as the point of contact for our partner and internal stakeholders regarding the tests; report on progress, risks and feature readiness.
• Manage defects end to end and drive their resolution with the team and the partner.
• Use AI tools pragmatically to speed up test analysis, test design, and documentation.

Requirements

Independent and resourceful: you find solutions yourself and know when to ask for help.

• Understanding the difference between testing and quality assurance.
• Proven experience in software testing, especially in test management.
• Experience in system, integration and UAT / client acceptance testing of complex business processes.
• Analytical, business-analysis mindset: you understand requirements and processes, spot gaps and turn them into test scenarios.
• Experience working directly with external partners and business stakeholders.
• Very good spoken and written English (min. B2) and the confidence to challenge requirements constructively.

At Limango Polska Sp. z o.o. the remuneration regulation have been adopted, providing for the possibility of obtaining an additional jubilee award and use (under certain conditions) of certain benefits (a sport card, medical insurance, life insurance). The remuneration is paid in arrears, on the last day of the calendar month. Any other part of the employee's remuneration is determined by the employment contract.

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or other operational environments as well as e-commerce business.
• Experience testing distributed, asynchronous integrations, e.g. message queues (AWS SQS), file-based exchanges (S3, SFTP), and the failure cases that come with them (delays, retries, duplicates).
• Based in Poland.
• 1-year B2B contract.
• Office in Wroclaw, remote work possible.
