Project overview

Context

Freelance mission within the department, the unit supports business processes and applications used to manage the development and maintenance of gas, electricity, and public lighting networks (network management) and Asset Management.

Domus is a strategic program for work management, workforce management, and field digitalization. The consultant will strengthen the team to ensure support for existing applications (incidents, problems, evolutionary maintenance) and contribute to current and future projects.

• Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL): work and team management, planning, field execution, and reporting.
• SAP PM: work management (logistics and accounting).
• FormX (Couchbase / Xamarin): digitalization of field reports.
• Office 365: portal offering a 360° view of work and assets, document storage.
• MuleSoft: ESB that integrates all Domus applications.
• Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of Salesforce FSL applications used by Electricity Operations (Cables), Guard, Public Lighting, and Gas Operations (first intervention, substations, and cabins).
• Contribute to ongoing deployments for Electricity Operations (Substations & Cabins), small technical teams, the Construction team, and others.
• Work closely with project and maintenance teams, with Salesforce FSL as the core mission and interactions with mobile applications (Salesforce and custom), SAP PM, SharePoint Online, GIS, and Office 365.
• User and access management (users, profiles, permission sets, queues, groups).
• Master data management and mass updates (Service Catalog, Timesheets, Service Appointments, etc.).
• Resolution of incidents and problems on deployed environments.
• Support for corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities.
• Define use cases and user stories with business analysts, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Configure user stories in Salesforce.
• Perform System Tests and System Integration Tests, and support User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
• Lead sanity checks after each production deployment.
• Support change management: user manuals and release notes.
• Freelance mission, Time & Material, 1 position to fill.
• Duration: 440 days, from 04/01/2027 to 31/12/2028, 100%.
• Location: Brussels, hybrid, minimum 3 days per week on-site.

• Languages: fluent English, and fluent French or Dutch.
