For a public sector organisation in the Geneva region, we are looking for a Senior SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant from January 2027.

The role combines SAP CRM consulting and SAP CRM WebUI development. Project language is French.

Your Mission

You strengthen the client's internal SAP team on an SAP CRM platform for case and benefits management, from analysis and design through development to operations (L2/L3 support). The focus is development in SAP CRM WebUI, guided by a "standard first, clean core" approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance SAP CRM WebUI components based on BOL/GenIL (ABAP OO)
• Configure Business Partner, Case Management and Activity Management, including statuses and lifecycles
• Build business rules and decision tables in BRFplus
• Implement authorizations, logging and traceability for sensitive personal data; maintain interfaces via CRM Middleware to SAP S/4HANA
• Run testing up to E2E, transports via ChaRM, go-live support and L2/L3 support with root cause analysis

Requirements

**3 days/week on-site for the first 3 months, remote afterwards: residence or remote work location in Switzerland or the French border zone

• At least 7 years of SAP CRM 7.0 experience across the full lifecycle, including production support
• Senior expertise in SAP CRM WebUI with BOL/GenIL, plus Business Partner, Case and Activity Management
• Experience with SAP CRM in the public sector or in comparably regulated environments with sensitive data
• Knowledge of BRFplus, SAP authorizations and CRM Middleware; working with Jira, ChaRM, Solution Manager and Confluence
• Business fluent French (C1 minimum);
