Project overview
Our client is looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach Expert (M/F) for a freelance mission.
In a context of continuous improvement and optimization of Agile practices, the consultant will work with several IT teams to strengthen their Agile maturity, improve their operational efficiency, and support the evolution of their working methods.
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
- Simultaneously support several Agile teams in the application and optimization of their practices.
- Advise Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
- Facilitate exchanges between technical teams, business units, and stakeholders.
- Identify operational and organizational obstacles and support their resolution.
- Analyze existing practices and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Support the monitoring of Agile indicators: velocity, capacity, predictability, and delivery quality.
- Strengthen team autonomy and support their Agile maturity development.
- Contribute to cross-functional Agile transformation and change management initiatives.
