ASAP Technologies is looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Master for a major player in mobility and digital services to support the maturity of agile practices and strengthen collaboration between the Delivery, Production/Support, Ops, and QA teams.

Mission Context

In a complex digital environment, interactions between development, production, operations, and quality teams are numerous and crucial for service continuity.

You will work transversally across three complementary areas:

The challenge is to enhance the fluidity of exchanges, visibility on ongoing work, and coordination of evolutions. Your role will combine facilitation, coaching, process structuring, and monitoring measurable improvements.

You have senior experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Master, or Agile Coach, with concrete achievements in complex IT environments and experience coaching multiple teams.

Work Environment

📍 Location: Nantes

🏡 Remote Work: 3 days per week, with 2 days of on-site presence in Nantes.

We are looking for individuals already living in the Nantes region or willing to relocate quickly. This local presence is expected to ensure on-site presence and team support, even with the 3 days of remote work offered. Please specify your current location and, if applicable, your relocation plans and timeline.

• The Support / Production team, composed of Run Managers, Transversal Coordinators, and a Functional Support Referent, responsible for service stability and quality.
• The Ops team, involved in operations, CI/CD pipelines, environments, and their continuous improvement.
• The QA community, whose members are distributed across the Delivery teams.

• Implement practices adapted to production constraints: incident management, emergency handling, prioritization, and communication.
• Facilitate the link between incident resolution, recurring activities, and project work.
• Improve visibility and traceability of production-related actions.
• Contribute to the improvement of incident and problem management processes.
• Support the structuring of post-mortems and the follow-up of corrective actions until their completion.
• Streamline collaboration between Delivery and Ops
• Facilitate interactions around CI/CD, environment management, and deployments.
• Help structure production deployment and change management processes.
• Identify friction points between development and operations, then support their resolution.
• Foster a DevOps culture based on collaboration, transparency, and shared responsibility.
• Improve release coordination and anticipate their operational impacts.
• Support the QA community
• Structure and streamline internal processes within the community.
• Facilitate practice sharing and coordination among QAs distributed across teams.
• Contribute to the development, definition, and dissemination of the testing strategy.
• Support the management of its implementation and make progress, difficulties, and dependencies visible.
• Ensure transversal coordination
• Identify dependencies between Delivery, Support/Production, Ops, and QA.
• Organize useful synchronization meetings, focused on decision-making and action.
• Build a consolidated view of work, commitments, and blocking points.
• Foster a shared prioritization framework between product, technical, and operational priorities.
• Produce clear summaries enabling stakeholders to make decisions and act.
• Facilitate relationships with external partners
• Ensure mutual understanding of objectives, constraints, and deliverables.
• Contribute to the synchronization of roadmaps and schedules.
• Formalize critical dependencies and track commitments.
• Anticipate the impacts of external evolutions on teams and production.
• Structure continuous improvement and manage change
• Analyze existing processes and identify priority areas for improvement.
• Propose and experiment with operating models adapted to the context.
• Build a backlog of transversal improvements and track initiated actions.
• Define quarterly objectives and indicators to evaluate progress.
• Audit rituals, evolve those that add value, and eliminate those that have become unnecessary.
• Adapt your support to the maturity, constraints, and needs of each team.
• Develop autonomy, self-organization, and understanding of flow and value stream challenges.
• Reduction of friction between teams: transversal improvement plan, tracking of blockages, and reduction of delays related to dependencies.
• Improvement of service quality: monitoring incident volume, mean time to resolution (MTTR), and incident recurrence.
• Better control of production deployments: clarified change management process, monitoring of failures and post-deployment incidents.
• Enhanced global visibility: consolidated view of work, priorities, dependencies, and commitments.
• More effective rituals: better followed decisions and reduced time spent in low-value meetings.
• Sustainable continuous improvement: backlog of actions, quarterly objectives, and regular performance reviews.
• Better managed external dependencies: tracked commitments and reduction of delays or blockages.
• Progression of team maturity: regular diagnostics and improvement trajectories on autonomy, quality, and collaboration.
• Solid experience in transversal facilitation and coordination of teams with different objectives and constraints.
• Mastery of agile practices, particularly Scrum and Kanban, flow management, and continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of RUN, support, and production challenges.
• Understanding of DevOps practices: CI/CD, environments, deployments, and collaboration between development and operations.
• Knowledge of software quality and testing strategy challenges.
• Ability to quickly analyze a system in its technical, functional, and organizational dimensions.
• Aptitude to identify the causes of difficulties, to elicit solutions, and to monitor their implementation.
• Ability to define and use indicators to objectify progress.
