Senior Scrum Master

Project overview

As a Scrum Master, you will guide multiple DevOps teams within GKT Webdevelopment in applying Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Facilitate Scrum events and other team meetings
• Coach team members in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
• Identify and help remove impediments
• Foster a culture of open feedback and continuous improvement
• Improve collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
• Guide the team towards greater maturity and self-organization
• Contribute to the further development of Agile working within the department
• Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments, preferably in complex IT or DevOps organizations (5-7 years)
• Experience coaching multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in Agile working and continuous improvement (3+ years)
• Experience facilitating Scrum events and guiding team development and change processes (3+ years)
• Bachelor's or University level thinking and working ability
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
