New Build experience is essential.
Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor/consultancy who currently enjoy a turnover of £50million, delivering primarily New Build projects around the UK. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Leisure, Logistics & Distribution, Stadia, Multi-room & Commercial.
Our client has recently secured a large/complex Leisure facility project near Swansea which comprises: the introduction of a New Build Leisure facility. This is an exciting project which is definitely one for the CV.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong track record of New Build experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on New Build projects up to the value of £10 million.
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment
- £450 per day
- Start: flexible
- Location: Gorseinon, Swansea, UK, GB
- Rate: 56-56 EUR/h
