Senior Site Manager

Project overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join an established contractor/developer on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background delivering large-scale residential developments, ideally gained with a leading PLC housebuilder.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
• Manage subcontractors, site teams and construction activities.
• Drive build programmes, monitor progress and resolve site issues.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with senior management, commercial teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Opportunity: Temp-to-perm position offering long-term career prospects with an established contractor/developer.

• Proven Senior Site Manager experience within a PLC residential developer/housebuilder.
• Strong track record delivering volume housing or multi-unit residential schemes.
• Excellent leadership, programming and subcontractor management skills.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
