As a Senior Software Engineer for the Mikado team at Kadaster, you will contribute to the renewal of the deed submission system, developing microservices and front-end applications. You will also be involved in code reviews, automated deployment pipelines, and test automation.
Project overview
As a Senior Software Engineer within the Mikado team at Kadaster, you will build the renewal of the deed submission system. This hybrid system is being gradually renewed: parts are already running on the new platform, other components are still in the old one. You will help shape the new software and link it to the BPMN package Operation. You will also review code, build automatic deployment pipelines, and support test automation. Together with the architect and fellow developers, you will determine the right design choices and actively contribute to good team communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain microservices based on Spring Boot;
- Build and maintain the front-end in Angular (Typescript, HTML and SCSS);
- Participate in a Scrum / DevOps team;
- Actively contribute to the test process (Robot Framework and Cypress);
- Substantiate and share design choices with colleagues;
- Automate deployments (Kubernetes and Docker);
- Maintain the PostgreSQL database;
- Collaborate with other teams within the Java community of Kadaster.
