Responsibilities

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective functional and data solutions.
• Educate stakeholders on how existing platform features and new developments can meet their needs.
• Work with solution architects to transform functional solutions into technical designs, including conducting data analysis to ensure data quality and coverage.
• Document detailed requirements covering business problems, benefits, solutions, and expected outcomes.
• Support testing activities to ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards and obtain stakeholder approval.
• Assist teams through initial deployment phases and address any subsequent issues or questions.
• Maintain clear, comprehensive communication throughout all project stages, aligned with Agile practices and standard project management protocols.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, particularly within banking or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis using Spark, Scala, and Hadoop.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently, proactively own issues, and operate effectively within a team.
• Experience demonstrating analysis findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
