Project overview

Context:

We are looking for a technical PO / PM to lead the redesign of a critical business application in the safety domain. The project involves significant challenges in real-time processing, performance, and integration with existing systems.

The mission is initially planned for 4 months, with a potential extension for a program lasting up to 24 months.

Your mission:

Profile sought

You have already successfully completed a complex software project and know how to quickly take charge of a context that needs structuring. Your experience allows you to guide developers and make decisions on technical matters, beyond just backlog management.

You are proficient in Java, React, and Kafka and are familiar with real-time issues, high volumes, multi-vendor integration, and modernization of legacy systems.

You are recognized for your rigor, your decision-making ability, and your execution skills. Fluent English is essential.

Work environment

Partial remote work: 2 to 3 days on-site presence

International context: some teams are abroad

Mission of 4 months but can extend up to 24 months

• Form and manage 3 squads of 3 to 4 developers.
• Establish a clear working organization and set the pace for the teams.
• Translate business needs and technical constraints into concrete decisions.
• Secure delivery within a demanding timeline with strict milestones.
• Coordinate the teams and partners involved in the project.
• Propose relevant uses of AI to improve team work.
