Assignment Description

For the Agile Release Train (ART) Administrative Services (AS) within the domain IV/Generic Provisions/Data, we are looking for an experienced test automation engineer (particularly in the area of backend web technology). Within the scrum team, you will be responsible for realizing automated chain and system integration tests as well as performance tests. This primarily involves testing REST APIs, SOAP XML Web Services, and EJB applications. The automated tests are developed based on a Shift Left strategy using Robot Framework and JMeter.

Additionally, within the team, you will need knowledge and expertise in CI/CD to configure the automated tests in a Jenkins or Tekton / Argo CD delivery pipeline. Work will be performed within the frameworks of the MTHVs and architecture. Knowledge of the tax authorities' application landscape is a pré.

Background of Assignment

The scrum team you will join is a multidisciplinary team operating within the SAFe framework and primarily works on backend web technology. Within the team, you are responsible for the continuity and further development of the existing test automation, but you can also be deployed for new construction projects. You will mainly work in the 'Digitalization of Notarial Information' chain. In the near future, DevOps working will also be increasingly introduced into the team. The test automation engineers in the team primarily use Visual Studio Code and IntelliJ for test automation.

CI/CD is handled by Jenkins and Tekton / Argo CD. Within the team, automated testing is performed using Robot Framework (partially supported with custom Python scripts) and JMeter.

Requirements

Only Dutch-language CVs will be submitted, and candidates must be able to speak Dutch perfectly. Assignment is less suitable for ZZP'ers (freelancers) due to DBA law.

When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contractual party, including regarding the Chain Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid). The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients through a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have a SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is located in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities. If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to provide an accountants' report (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
