• Lead the ui/ux design team in conceptualizing and developing user centric designs for web and mobile applications.
• Define the creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design solutions that meet project objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user experiences.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
• Proficiency in ui/ux design tools such as adobe creative suite, sketch, figma, etc.
• Strong understanding of user centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into innovative design solutions.
• Experience in creating responsive designs for various screen sizes and devices.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
