Senior UX/UI Designer

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join a team delivering innovative digital solutions for the banking sector.

• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Design user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
• Develop and maintain Design Systems
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2)
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams
• Translate business requirements into user-centered digital solutions
• Support continuous improvement of web and mobile customer experiences
• Proven experience in UX/UI design
• Advanced knowledge of Figma
• Strong background in user research and usability testing
• Experience designing Design Systems
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2)
• Experience working with digital products and platforms
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Banking or financial services experience
• Mobile UX (iOS/Android)
• Omnichannel design experience
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, Jira, and Confluence
