Senior Way4 Test Engineer

Project overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Way4 Test Engineer with strong functional and domain expertise in the Open Way Way4 platform. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently driving end-to-end testing activities across customer initiatives, regulatory changes, upgrades, and production fixes while also contributing to our automation and AI-driven testing strategy.

This role requires a strong understanding of card issuing, acquiring, payments, and banking processes, combined with hands-on experience in modern test automation frameworks and AI-assisted quality engineering practices

• Understand Way4 configuration, parameters, card lifecycle, authorization, clearing, settlement, billing, collections, and customer servicing processes.
• Validate Way4 interfaces, APIs, batch jobs, integrations, and downstream data flows.
• Support testing activities related to Way4 version upgrades and platform modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and vendors to ensure solution quality.
• Design and develop automated regression and functional test suites.
• Contribute to the organization's unified testing and automation framework initiatives.
• Identify suitable test scenarios for automation and drive increased automation coverage.
• Develop and maintain automated testing solutions using modern testing tools and frameworks.
• Leverage AI-assisted testing techniques to improve test design, test data generation, defect prediction, and regression optimization.
• Evaluate emerging AI testing solutions and contribute ideas for continuous quality improvement.
• Support CI/CD integration and automated execution of regression test suites.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenWay Way4 platform.
• Deep understanding of payment cards, banking operations, and financial services.
