Assignment description

Support for the WPO team.

Background of the assignment

You will work at the Information Provision Public Prosecution Service (IVOM). As the OM, we need future-proof and sustainable ICT and Information Provision. This brings challenges, which is why the OM component IVOM was established in 2021. To take concrete, visible steps in the coming years with improvements in information provision, sharp choices are made in the transition approach. For this, the following 5 multi-year ambitions have been determined: reliable IV services, digital resilience (cyber security), modern and flexible IT landscape, accessible and meaningful information, and a mature IV organization.

We do this with more than 300 professionals, who ensure that our more than 6,000 OM colleagues can work without problems, every day.

We are looking for a Senior Workplace Support employee to replace a long-term sick employee.

• The candidate is responsible for supporting employees (on-site) with technical problems. Think of problems with mobile phones, iPads, laptops, printers, or the office workplace.
• Installing and maintaining IT systems and software, ensuring a secure IT environment and technical support.
• The candidate is meticulous in maintaining the CMDB.
• As a workplace support employee, you are the business card of the IT organization within the Public Prosecution Service (OM). We expect a professional attitude.
• You are strong in communication with various target groups, both orally and in writing. And you can achieve this through your good basic knowledge of IT.

Requirements

The candidate has completed an IT education at MBO level 4.

The candidate has at least 5 years of demonstrable experience as an (OnSite) workplace support employee.

The candidate is willing to travel to various OM locations in the country.

The candidate possesses a B driver's license.

Additional Information

Subcontracting is not allowed. Delivery by Yellow Friday to the Ministry of Justice and Security is via Sogeti. There is no chain formation/subcontracting here, because Yellow Friday carried out the tender together with Sogeti and is a formal subcontractor.
