Project overview
Experienced and certified ServiceNow Application Manager, you will ensure the governance, optimization, and operational maintenance (MCO) of the application information system within complex and demanding environments. With dual technical and methodological expertise, you will act as the application referent, aligning business vision with operational excellence. ITIL certified and familiar with agile methods (SAFe, Lean Management), you will manage application evolutions and incident resolution with rigor focused on value creation and continuous improvement.
Your professional English level allows you to work autonomously in multicultural contexts and collaborate effectively with international teams.
Profile Sought
As part of strengthening the IT department teams at a major player in the Energy sector, we are looking for a ServiceNow Application Manager & Referent. The ideal candidate has confirmed expertise on the ServiceNow solution (between 6 and 10 years of experience) and holds the required certifications to manage the application portfolio. Focused on value and operational excellence, they master the ITIL, SAFe, and Lean Management methodological frameworks. Working in an international environment, fluent professional English is essential for this position.
Work Environment
The mission takes place in the heart of the La Défense business district, within the IT department of a major Energy player. You will work in a modern, stimulating, and highly digitized environment, designed to foster collaboration between business teams, project managers, and technical experts.
Organizational Modalities: Hybrid work rhythm with 3 mandatory days on-site per week, coupled with 2 days of remote work.
