Looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Discovery Consultant to support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery within a large, multi-country enterprise environment.

The role will focus primarily on ITOM Discovery, CMDB and ITSM integration, with minimal involvement in Service Mapping.

• Implement, configure and optimise ServiceNow ITOM Discovery across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Design and manage MID Server architecture, Discovery schedules, patterns, probes, sensors and credentials.
• Improve CMDB accuracy, health and governance, including CI identification and reconciliation.
• Support integration between ITOM Discovery and core ITSM processes.
• Troubleshoot Discovery issues and improve infrastructure visibility.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including at least 2 full ITSM implementations in a multi-country environment.
• At least 1 end-to-end ITOM Discovery deployment, covering on-premises and cloud infrastructure, MID Server design and CMDB reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of ITOM Visibility, including Discovery patterns, probes/sensors, credentials, schedules and MID Server clustering.
• Experience with Cloud Discovery across AWS, Azure and GCP, including service account configuration.
• Strong understanding of CMDB Health, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), CSDM principles and CMDB governance.
• Solid ITSM knowledge across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge and SLA Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform fundamentals, including Glide scripting, JavaScript, Flow Designer, Update Sets and instance upgrades.
