Project overview
We're looking for a hands-on, proactive IT professional who takes ownership of technical challenges, solves problems, and thrives in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Position Details
- Work Model: 100% On-site (No remote/hybrid).
- Salary: Up to $29/hour (~$60K annually).
- Employment: Long-term opportunity.
- Schedule: Rotating after-hours support, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Languages: Advanced English & Intermediate-Advanced Spanish.
Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- Provide Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, VPN, and MFA.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, mobile devices, and IT equipment.
- Manage support tickets, incidents, and escalations within established SLAs.
- Support endpoint security, software deployments, patching, and IT asset management.
- Experience in Help Desk L2, Desktop Support, or IT Technical Support.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Entra ID.
- Experience with VPN, MFA, endpoint management, ticketing systems, and basic networking.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, accountability, and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
- Availability to work 100% on-site, including office and port terminal environments.
