For one of our Parisian clients, we are looking for an SI Finance Consultant (M/F) with experience in the Retail and/or E-Commerce sector.

6-month renewable mission (full time)

• Resolve operational issues
• Automate manual accounting tasks: expense reports to ERP, reconciliation, recurring entries, imports (to be confirmed with the client)
• Build and ensure the reliability of flows between finance tools and the ERP
• Support the accounting team on a daily basis
• Challenge business practices
• Review and simplify processes upstream and downstream of the tools
• Create tool-based processes for the teams, including with Claude
• Assessment and action plan
• Light mapping of flows and pain points
• Prioritized action plan focused on quick wins
• Cegid XRP: Finance and accounting ERP
• Spendesk: Expense reports and spending
• Yooz: Supplier invoice dematerialization (to be confirmed)
• Shopify: E-shop
• Make: Automation of simple flows
• 2nd automation tool / ETL for medium complexity flows: to be confirmed (probably n8n)
• Claude: AI deployed for all employees
• Operational accounting: expense reports, supplier invoices, reconciliation, bank reconciliation, transfers, closing
• Concrete experience in automating accounting processes and interconnecting tools, regardless of the tool
• Integration of flows between satellite tools and finance ERP: imports, exports, mappings, APIs
• Use of expense and dematerialization tools: Spendesk, Yooz or equivalents (N2F, Expensify, Libeo, Esker)
• Use of generative AI to tool business processes (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
• English + French
