Our client in the Energy and Natural Resources sector is looking for an IT Project Manager H/F

Mission Description:

Context

In the field of IT systems dedicated to customer relations, a mission aims to design, build, and deploy a unified customer portal. This portal must consolidate three existing applications to pool the management of their technical obsolescences, notably Red Hat 7.8, PHP, Symfony, and Angular, pending decisions on their trajectory within a customer relations transformation program.

The applications are interfaced with several internal IT systems and partner services. The complete list of interfaces and dependencies will be identified during the general design phase. Development will be carried out by an on-site development team.

The project does not include new functionalities: it must preserve end-user journeys and experience, ensure service continuity, and remain aligned with the transformation program's orientations. In parallel, the project manager will assist the perimeter manager in the operational maintenance (MCO) of the applications.

Mission

End-to-end management of the portal's design, build, integration, testing, acceptance, and deployment, while coordinating business and technical teams and contributing to the MCO management. The mission also includes studying the impacts of a hosting target based on Kubernetes and CI/CD requirements.

• Manage the project scope, schedule, workload, risks, dependencies, quality, and reporting.
• Map applications, interfaces, constraints, and dependencies, then organize the review of existing journeys with business stakeholders.
• Lead general and detailed design, specifications, build partitioning, backlog, and testing strategy.
• Coordinate the on-site development team, business stakeholders, architecture, operations, and partner IT systems.
• Manage the integration of flows, technical, integration, and non-regression testing, as well as business acceptance.
• Prepare the Go/No-Go decision, deployment, rollback, and stabilization.
• Assist the perimeter manager in MCO management, incident, problem, and anomaly tracking, and action plan coordination.
• Lead project meetings, produce reports, raise alerts, and maintain organized and versioned project documentation.

• Application and interface mapping, as well as user journey review validated by business stakeholders.
• Build partitioning, backlog, and detailed schedule.
• Delivery dashboard, integrated version tracking, and updated technical and operational documentation.
• Testing strategy, plans, and reports, acceptance certificates, Go/No-Go dossier, deployment and rollback plans, startup and stabilization reports.
• MCO tracking dashboard, summaries of major incidents, alerts, and arbitration proposals.
• Handover dossier including versioned project documentation and status of ongoing actions.
• Experience in end-to-end IT project management, with mastery of the delivery cycle.
• Experience in scoping, requirements definition, business coordination, acceptance testing, and application MCO management.
• Solid technical foundation to challenge architecture and delivery.
• Knowledge of portal and web application development technologies, particularly PHP, Symfony, and Angular.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, delivery industrialization, IT integration, APIs, and inter-application flows.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s); mastery of testing, non-regression, acceptance, and deployment.
• Awareness and training in the use of a generative AI tool, such as Claude or equivalent; ability to use it within the scope of the mission.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management and onboarding journeys.
• Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Facilitation, negotiation, and teaching abilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in French, autonomy, and adaptability.
• Proactivity, ability to propose solutions, and reporting skills.
• Fluent French, both written and spoken.
