Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Opcenter/Camstar Technical Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Siemens Opcenter Execution Core / Camstar.

The candidate should be capable of translating business and manufacturing requirements into technical MES solutions and should have strong practical experience in Designer, Portal Studio, Modeling/Configuration and Connect MOM/MOM interfaces.

The role requires a combination of technical architecture, hands-on development/configuration, MES integration and technical leadership.

• Design and architect end-to-end Siemens Opcenter/Camstar MES solutions.
• Gather and analyse business and manufacturing requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Define Factory Model / Process Model / workflow configurations.
• Perform hands-on configuration and customization using:
• Opcenter Execution Core
• Camstar Designer
• Portal Studio
• Modeling / Configuration
• Design and develop CIO/MIO/Connect MOM interfaces.
• Integrate Opcenter/Camstar with external systems such as:
• ERP/SAP
• PLM
• LIMS
• Equipment
• HMI/SCADA
• Other shop-floor systems
• Lead technical design discussions with customers and development teams.
• Review technical designs, configurations and code.
• Support development, testing, deployment, UAT and production issues.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex MES issues.
• Participate in Camstar/Opcenter upgrades, enhancements and migrations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to MES developers.
• Ensure solution quality, scalability, maintainability and adherence to MES standards.
• Work closely with business users, manufacturing SMEs, architects and delivery teams.
