Capefront Energies is looking for a Site HSE Manager for a service mission on an industrial production site in the energy sector.

Mission Information

Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the site management, you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating HSE activities on the site.

Location: Etrez
Start Date: As soon as possible
Organization: On-site presence
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Type of Mission: Technical assistance, daily service
Environment: Industrial production site, with interventions from several companies and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and project HSE requirements;
Deploy and enforce the site's HSE plan;
Coordinate the HSE activities of companies and subcontractors;
Manage coactivity between different trades;
Verify the preparation of operating procedures and risk analyses;
Control work permits, hot work permits, and associated documents;
Verify the training and qualifications of personnel working on the site;
Conduct site HSE inspections, audits, and visits;
Identify dangerous situations, deviations, and non-conformities;
Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions;
Control high-risk work, including lifting operations, working at height, scaffolding, and confined space work;
Verify regulatory checks of equipment and installations;
Monitor safety equipment, PPE, detectors, and site equipment;
Organize and lead HSE toolbox talks, briefings, and meetings;
Participate in daily work coordination meetings;
Participate in incident or near-miss investigations;
Contribute to cause analysis and action plan monitoring;
Prepare daily and weekly HSE reports;
Ensure HSE interface with site management, companies, and site representatives;
Promote continuous improvement of HSE performance.
