Site Visit Saint-Avold/Toul

Project overview

Hello,

We are looking for a freelance IT support technician L2 to provide monthly on-site intervention and comprehensive user support.

Type of service: Dispatch, Scheduled visits

Sites concerned:

Toul: 1 quarterly patrol visit, 1-5 dispatch tickets per month

Saint-Avold: 10 tickets per month, monthly patrol visit

Required skills:

Minimum 2 years of IT experience

Driving license

Car

Safety shoes

If possible: H0B0 certification

Some sites require chemical risk certification N1-N2 (which would be a plus)

Technicians assigned to this project will need to undergo security training and KT sessions which can take some time (account creation 1 to 3 weeks)

Hardware repair (Deskside Support):

Software defects

Hardware defects

IMAC/R (Installation, Maintenance, Addition, Change, Refresh included)

Support activities:

Support locations with permanent staff

PC stock management
