KeyMan is now looking for a Sitevision – fullstack developer and solution architect for the Swedish Pensions Agency.

The Swedish Pensions Agency's intranet Orangeriet is a well-used and operationally critical support tool for daily work and the agency's primary channel for internal information.

For almost 17 years, Orangeriet has been based on the Sitevision platform, which has been gradually upgraded to the current version. However, the intranet installation itself (on-prem) has lagged behind and has therefore been modernized to ensure faster and more secure development, as well as a better user experience for the Swedish Pensions Agency's approximately 1800 employees. After completing a major migration of the intranet in November 2026, we are entering a new phase.

Tasks that were paused until after the migration will be handled, and a number of actions that have become possible to address thanks to this migration will be undertaken.

For this, the Swedish Pensions Agency is seeking a consultant for backend and frontend development on the Sitevision platform.

The Swedish Pensions Agency is constantly working to improve its intranet, and the digital workplace in general, and maximizing the intranet's functionality in line with user needs is central and affects the entire intranet experience.

• Create a manageable and stable infrastructure
• Continue to improve case management support in dialogue with the relevant business units
• Ensure container operation for the intranet
• Develop a solution for archiving and ensure the continuity of the intranet
• Establish integration with the newly installed master data system and enable efficient user management
• Improve the search experience
• Solid experience in web development projects
• Practical experience working with intranets in Sitevision
• Practical experience building responsive templates in Sitevision
• Certified Sitevision Solution Developer – CSSD
• Experience developing WebApps
• Knowledge and experience as a system developer regarding web accessibility according to EN 301 549
• Ability to be on-site at the office 2 days a week
• The assignment agreement from KeyMan must be signed directly with the company the consultant is employed by (nothing else is permitted by PM).
• Understanding of the technologies (HTML, Javascript, CSS, WebApps, REST-API)
• Familiarity with how EN 301 549 affects the editorial work performed by web editors
• Certified for Sitevision, for example Certified Sitevision Web Developer
• CSWD, Certified Sitevision Solution Developer – CSSD
• Experience developing in React
• Experience with search modules
• Experience working with websites in maintenance
• Experience with integrations
• Experience in agile development work
• Experience working for a government agency
• The offered hourly rate must include all costs, e.g., travel and travel time costs, as well as other costs associated with the consultant's stay in Stockholm.
• The supplier certifies that consultant and liability insurance is in place covering this type of assignment according to industry standard.
• The consulting company certifies that they meet all points in Chapter 13 of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) according to the attached extract from LOU 2016:1145 (see attached document in KeySourcingTool).
• A security protection agreement will be established and implemented in accordance with the Security Unit's decision for the assignment.
• Note that security vetting for small companies (and sole proprietorships) follows the same strict rules according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) as for larger companies. Security vetting must be carried out by an INDEPENDENT PARTY to ensure an impartial review and to avoid conflicts of interest. The security vetting is financed by the individual consulting company/consultant.
• The supplier hereby assures that all consultants provided within the scope of the Call-off Request have undergone usual and relevant background checks in accordance with the Supplier's current internal procedures, and that this check, to the Supplier's knowledge, has not revealed any circumstances affecting the Consultant's suitability to perform the assignment.
• The supplier further certifies that all information in the respective consultant's curriculum vitae (CV) and other documents provided to the Client, to the Supplier's knowledge at the time of submitting the tender or call-off, is correct, complete, and truthful.
