Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Design and further develop complex IT systems and integrations within the Business Unit Infra Services
- Translate functional needs into technical solutions at various abstraction levels
- Analyze and modernize legacy systems while maintaining continuity of service delivery
- Guide multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in making design choices
- Document architectural decisions and monitor coherence within the teams
- Identify opportunities for improvement and advise on new technological developments
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in system development and designing or architecting software
- Demonstrable experience in elaborating complex software solutions and integration landscapes
- Experience as a Lead Developer with modern languages and tooling such as Python, TypeScript, REST, GraphQL, GitOps, Terraform, Ansible, Helm or Backstage (preferred)
- Knowledge of platform engineering, developer experience and self-service automation (preferred)
- Skill in substantiating architectural choices based on quality attributes such as availability, performance, security, and maintainability
