Solution Engineer

Project overview

As an Interim Solution Engineer, you will support clients in the implementation and optimization of observability and monitoring solutions.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Realizing successful implementations of monitoring and observability tools
• Developing scalable monitoring solutions and associated technical architectures
• Guiding workshops so that engineering teams can continue independently
• Creating technical documentation, instruction manuals, and demo environments
• Guiding proof-of-concepts and technical evaluations
• Increasing adoption and product maturity within client organizations
• Translating customer feedback into improvement proposals for product development
• Giving technical presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a role as Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Customer Success Engineer
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of observability, application monitoring, logging, or performance monitoring
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps principles, and cloud-native environments
• Strong communication skills and experience with workshops and stakeholder management
• Plus: familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Dynatrace, or New Relic
