Solution (Product) Manager (m/f/n)

Project overview

For our Partner we are looking for an experienced Solution (Product) Manager to support project delivered for an European organization based in Brussels.

Offer:

• Relocation to Brussels required. Near-site (Brussels within two hours by ground transport)
• client may request regular or ad-hoc on-site attendance, with one day’s notice under the delivery-mode table
• Expected start of the project is February 2027
• Rate: 650-700 EUR/MD net+VAT
• B2B (via Shimi)

Requirements

Bachelor's EQF 6 in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

min IT years with master: 15

min IT years with bachelor: 17

Technical experience:

15 years each: issue tracking/collaboration such as Jira/Confluence/SharePoint supporting planning/delivery; change/release practices supporting deployment and adoption

10 years each: stakeholder management/governance including communication, reporting and decisions; successful implementation aligned with business requirements/project objectives; end-to-end digital-solution lifecycle from concept to retirement and continuous improvement; cybersecurity principles/best practices

5 years in integration technologies/APIs.

Mandatory skills experience:

10 years each: evaluating trade-offs and making timely decisions; defining solution strategies/roadmaps; producing structured technical documentation, reports, specifications and presentations.

Mandatory certifications:

One of SAFe Product Owner and/or Product Manager, Scrum Product Owner and/or Product Manager, AIPMM Certified Product Manager or Pragmatic Institute PMC; equivalents accepted.

Nice to have

3 years each: international/intergovernmental organisations or central national administrations; pharma, health or agrifood.

3 years each: EU data-protection rules; case-management systems. 1 year in AI concepts.

ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent.
