Senior Presentation Designer | Executive Communications onsite at The Newberry Boston 12/16-12/17 Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Presentation Designer to support executive communications for a high-visibility, F250 Executive Board event. This individual will partner closely with senior stakeholders to transform an existing deck into a polished, board-ready presentation that reflects a premium, minimalist visual style and compelling narrative structure.

This role requires exceptional expertise in Keynote & PowerPoint, executive storytelling, presentation design, event presentation support and subtle animation techniques. The ideal candidate has experience supporting C-suite leaders and can deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Transform existing presentation materials into executive and board-ready deliverables.
• Support onsite in Boston MA on 12/16 and 12/17, at The Newberry Boston.
• Develop cohesive visual storytelling that clearly communicates complex business concepts.
• Refine slide layouts, typography, information hierarchy, and overall presentation flow.
• Create sophisticated animations and transitions within Keynote.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to organizational design standards.
• Enhance charts, graphs, and data visualizations for executive audiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to incorporate feedback through multiple review cycles.
• Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with rapid turnaround expectations. Senior Presentation Designer Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of presentation design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint.
• Experience with onsite event support for executive presentations.
• Experience creating executive, board, or investor presentations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation storytelling and design excellence.
• Expertise in animation and slide transitions within Keynote and/or PowerPoint.
• Exceptional typography, layout, and visual design/data viz skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling executive narratives.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset Motion / Animation Design within Keynote Senior Presentation Designer Preferred Qualifications:
• Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences experience.
• Advanced data visualization capabilities.
• Motion design experience.
• Familiarity with Apple-inspired design principles and minimalist presentation aesthetics.

Project details

• Project-based engagement beginning immediately Initial assignment through mid-November.
• Potential for ongoing executive communications support based on performance.
• Presentation volume may expand beyond the initial board presentation. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
