We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a highly visible Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation program that is a top strategic technology initiative for the organization.

This role will be responsible for driving a large-scale IAM program from planning through execution, partnering with technology, security, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader who excels at coordinating complex initiatives, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and driving alignment across a diverse stakeholder landscape.

• Lead and decompose a large IAM program into workstreams, set gates/milestones, call out risks and dependencies, and align dependent teams.
• Demonstrate sense of urgency, strong problem solving, and the ability to bring transparency and visibility to risks and progress.
• Expected to quickly drive delivery and meet set milestones (30/60/90 success framed around rapid alignment, gating, and risk mitigation).
• Current stack includes Microsoft and Okta. Familiarity with SSO, SAML, and identity concepts is preferred (deep technical expertise not mandatory if candidate can learn and lead initiatives).
• Rollout will impact the entire field population (35,000) plus 1,000 HQ employees. Non-disruptive deployment and cross-department coordination required.
