We are looking for a Storage and Backup Expert to strengthen our teams and manage the operational maintenance of our clients' data infrastructures. At the heart of a strategic project focused on NAS file storage, your role will combine cutting-edge technical expertise, the definition of resilient architectures, and the automation of storage services to ensure optimal performance and total risk control.

Your Future Environment

You will join a critical technological environment where data is at the center of business challenges (Application, Office, and Technical). Working directly with engineering and production departments, you will operate on large-scale NetApp NAS infrastructures, subject to strict availability and security constraints. This is the ideal setting to express your expertise in storage protocols, lead large-scale migration projects, and transform operational processes through the development of automation tools (Ansible, Python).

Studies & Continuous Improvement:

• Ensure the operational maintenance (MCO) and expertise of NetApp NAS storage infrastructures.
• Intervene in production for high technical value-added actions during the resolution of complex incidents, problems, or major changes.
• Provide expert-level technical support to clients and users of storage and backup infrastructures.
• Handle complex requests and ensure compliance with the expected service level (SLA) and quality.
• Propose, design, and develop optimization tools and methods to automate storage services (Infrastructure as Code).
• Actively participate in infrastructure evolution projects, particularly in the technical management and execution of data migrations.
• Contribute to the definition of storage and backup architectures, integrating cost and risk management constraints.
• Conduct opportunity studies and detailed analyses in your area of expertise to guide future technological choices.
• Ensure the constant improvement of IT system operation through technological monitoring and optimization of sharing protocols (NFS, CIFS).
• Participate in the on-call system and ensure interventions during off-peak hours according to critical production needs.

• Education: Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) specializing in IT, systems and networks, or IT infrastructure.
• Experience: You have successful and significant experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to manage critical data infrastructures.
• Imperative Technical Expertise:
• Expert level on NetApp NAS solutions (Ontap, cluster architectures).
• Confirmed level in development for automation: Ansible, Python, PowerShell.
• Confirmed level on storage protocols: NFS and CIFS.
• Languages: Imperative professional English (international context).
• Rigor and Risk Management: Ability to intervene calmly under pressure in critical environments while respecting security procedures.
• Consulting and Expertise Posture: Ability to simplify complex technical issues to guide architectural and project decisions.
