Subdomain Coordinator Educational Resources

Project overview

As a coordinator, you will steer the goals of the Educational Resources subdomain within SURF.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Coordinate and facilitate the subdomain and monitor the set goals
• Develop a vision for the further development of educational resources and concretize it together with the team
• Lead goals, activities, and results of the subdomain
• Report and account to the program manager
• Connect experts from the subdomain, other Npuls components, and educational institutions
• Contribute to the alignment and management of the entire Continuous Best Education domain
• Demonstrable substantive expertise in the field of educational resources
• Experience in managing complex projects or programs with an ICT component within education, including leading professionals
• Results-oriented, decisive, determined, and administratively sensitive, with flexibility
• Strong communication skills with a network within secondary education
• Skill in aligning with various stakeholders within and outside educational institutions
• Proactive and cooperative attitude, independent and team-oriented
• Relevant work experience in secondary education (vocational, higher professional, and/or university), experience in multiple sectors is a plus
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
