Subproject Leader Policy Program Soil and Water 2028-2033 (secondment)

Project overview

As a subproject leader, you will contribute to the creation of the new Policy Program Soil and Water 2028-2033 for the province of Utrecht.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Contribute to finalizing the last parts on the way from draft to final design program
• Develop a monitoring and evaluation plan including indicators and policy theory
• Support the drafting of the Note of Response in response to submitted views
• Contribute to the entire process from draft to final policy program
• Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
• Minimum 5 years of work experience with soil and water systems in the Netherlands
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in process management
• Demonstrable experience with a province or in projects commissioned by a province
• Availability for 12 hours per week
