Supervisor Civil Projects

Project overview

As a supervisor, you are the central point of contact for contractors on civil projects in public spaces, such as the redevelopment of the Breitnerlaan, Taagdreef, and Europalaan Zuid.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Act as the point of contact for contractors during project execution
• Monitor quality, planning, budget, and contract agreements
• Manage contracts according to RAW system, Design & Construct, and UAV
• Handle tender administration and contract management
• Identify, manage, and report risks
• Process and coordinate change requests (VTWs)
• Conduct meetings and negotiations with contractors and stakeholders
• HBO work and thinking level with a completed education in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor
• Practical experience within Civil Engineering projects located in urban areas
• Practical experience in managing contractors for RAW, D&C, and/or UAV contracts
• Experience with tender administration, risk management, and VTW processes
• Familiarity with Bakker & Spees and/or IBIS, or willingness to be trained in them
• Valid VCA VOL certificate
