Vacancy Supervisor Civil Works

Do you ensure that work on our stations is carried out safely and according to plan?

For the Realization department in the Drenthe region, we are looking for a Supervisor Civil Works. In this role, you are the face of Enexis on location and you supervise work carried out by contractors on our stations and distribution cabinets.

You ensure that work is carried out safely, according to the agreements made, and with respect for our assets. This includes painting, masonry, drilling, sawing, replacing locks, and other structural work. You will not perform any technical or civil work yourself. Your focus is on supervision, safety, quality, and communication.

What will you do?

Supervise contractor work in and around stations and distribution cabinets.

Act as a point of contact on location on behalf of Enexis.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, work agreements, and procedures.

Identify deviations, risks, and unsafe situations and act upon them.

Coordinate with the Work Responsible (WV) regarding the execution of work.

Verify that work is carried out according to the order.

Report findings and details.

Contribute to the safe and professional execution of work on our assets.

How you approach it

Safety is always your top priority. You are visibly present at the workplace, address people when necessary, and dare to make decisions when situations require it. You are strong in communication, work independently, and can maintain an overview, even when different parties are working simultaneously.

In addition, you have:

A technical or structural background at a minimum MBO (2 or 3) level.

Affinity with safety and supervision within a technical environment. You can assess risks and dare to address people.

The motivation to follow the necessary training and safety courses.

Good command of the Dutch language.

Driving license B.

Preferably residing in the Drenthe region.

Your team

You are part of the Realization department within the Emmen location. Here you work with mechanics, technicians, supervisors, and other colleagues who contribute daily to a reliable energy network.
