• Operate and troubleshoot Exchange Online and related Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, and Intune
• Support Microsoft 365 migrations, resolve complex technical issues, and provide migration remediation
• Conduct technical audits and investigations, perform root-cause analyses, and prepare assessment reports and remediation recommendations
• Identify configuration gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and provide operational and technical reporting
• Drive automation and service optimization, and develop recommendations for service improvements and automation
• Deep expertise in Exchange Online and Microsoft 365
• Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, and Intune
• Proven experience handling complex Microsoft 365 environments and migrations, with Microsoft 365 migration and troubleshooting expertise
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues independently
• Strong scripting and automation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• A structured, hands-on approach and the ability to work comfortably with technical and operational teams
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Familiarity with PowerShell for scripting and automation
