Support Engineer CRM Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Context

Based in Lille (hybrid). Long-term mission. The digital Customer Relationship domain is looking for its CRM Support Engineer. Engineering team driving the tech strategy, delivery, and support for an omnichannel customer journey. In 2026, the objective is to scale the impact of products globally by harmonizing development practices and technical governance. Scope: CRM Platform & dedicated squads, Loyalty Programs (Membership), Customer Knowledge (KYC), Customer Service & Pricing.

SaaS/Inhouse application scope of about ten applications deployed in 67 countries (400 employees, 200 million customers, 2000 tickets per year).

Missions

• SaaS Marketing solutions: Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud, Reelevant, Everest…
• Ticketing: S-MAX
• SRE: Datadog
• Data: Databricks / Basic SQL
• Process Level 3 Incident and Request tickets.
• Ensure SLA compliance within the scope.
• Ensure continuous improvement of support and RUN to reduce ticket volume and time spent on support.
• Handle escalations and cross-functional coordination needs (engineering, data, products, SaaS partners…).
• Undertake operational cross-domain missions (postmortem follow-up…).
• Be the primary day-to-day contact for monitoring email deliverability with external experts.
