We are looking for an N2 Support Technician / Workstation for a 3-month renewable mission in Boulogne-Billancourt.
Mission Characteristics:
As part of a 3-month mission, the IT Technician will be responsible for accelerating the reset, migration, and redeployment of Windows workstations via Microsoft Intune, a priority project for the group's IT Department. In parallel, they will provide operational support to the IT Manager France in managing current IT activities and service continuity for employees.
Migration and redeployment of the park - mission priority
- Reset (wipe) existing Windows workstations according to defined Intune procedures.
- Enroll and configure devices in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Windows Autopilot.
- Apply configuration profiles and compliance policies.
- Deploy business applications via Microsoft Intune.
- Physically and technically prepare workstations before handing them over to employees.
- Support users during the migration and handle associated incidents.
- Update equipment inventory (CMDB) and monitor migration progress.
