As part of a strategic transformation project, our client, a major player in the aeronautics industry, is looking for a Transition Manager, System & Products Quality Manager, to support an industrial site in strengthening its quality performance and securing its activities.

As a true quality referent, you will work at the intersection of system, product, and compliance issues, with the aim of ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with the regulatory requirements of the aeronautics sector.

• Prepare and conduct client, certification, and authority audits.
• Supervise corrective actions, non-conformity management, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure product conformity and safety.
• Support teams in transforming quality practices.
• Manage quality teams and lead cross-functional action plans.
• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5).
• Proven experience in system quality and/or product quality in the aeronautics sector.
• Mastery of sector quality standards (EN9100 in particular).
• Experience with audits, certification, and management of client requirements.
• Leadership, pragmatism, and strong ability to unite teams.
