Together with our partners in the energy sector, you ensure robust systems, a modern workplace, and smart tooling. The multiple clientorship makes this a challenging architectural issue. As System Architect Business Support & Digital Workspace, you determine the architecture vision for the digital foundation of our organization. You bring together workplace configurations, HR and finance applications, user management, cloud services, and software from Atlassian and Microsoft into a manageable and future-proof whole. You work within Modern Workplace together with HR, Finance, Risk, engineering leadership, IT specialists, and Procurement. You translate needs into architecture, create an overview of the application and tooling portfolio, and make substantiated choices about SaaS solutions and integrations. Requirements
- The candidate possesses at least a completed (MBO/HBO/WO) diploma.
- The candidate masters the Dutch language perfectly, both written and spoken
- Experience with broad tooling portfolios for HR, Finance, and (AI) productivity
- Experience with Atlassian
- Experience with software lifecycle management
- Working more days at the office in the initial period is a pré, this can be adjusted later to 2 days.
- Experience with integrations
- Experience with many SaaS solutions
- Experience with multiple clientorship What will you do
- Vision and direction You develop the architecture vision for business support tooling and the digital workplace.
- Cohesion and simplification You reduce complexity and connect systems, data, and work processes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders You align solutions with engineering, HR, and Finance within an environment with multiple clientorship and BizDevOps.
- Costs and quality You monitor contracts and lifecycle management with an eye for ease of use. Who are you You are an experienced architect who creates an overview in complex ecosystems, communicates clearly, and guides people towards a common direction. You have experience with broad tooling portfolios for HR, Finance, and (AI) productivity, and with Microsoft 365, Atlassian, other SaaS solutions, software lifecycle management, and integrations.
