System Developer in RPA

We are looking for an experienced RPA developer for a project involving development, management, and further development of automated processes in Blue Prism.

The role involves independently driving the work through the entire automation lifecycle, from business analysis and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and management. The work is done in close collaboration with the business, internal RPA developers, and other technical stakeholders to ensure robust and sustainable automation solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for a self-driven and structured consultant with good analytical skills, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in creating business value through automation. The consultant needs to be able to move freely between business and technology and take responsibility for deliveries throughout the entire automation lifecycle.

• At least 3 years of experience in independent development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions in Blue Prism.
• At least 3 years of experience in business-oriented process analysis, solution design, and development of automated processes.
• At least 3 years of experience in production-oriented operation, management, and optimization of RPA solutions.
• Experience in translating business needs into technical automation solutions and working from needs analysis to management in at least two assignments.
• Experience in troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer, and working with long-term management of automated processes.
• Experience in competence transfer through, for example, workshops, pair development, code reviews, or training initiatives.
