System Process Specialist Yardi (interim)

Project overview

As a functional specialist for the real estate management system Yardi Voyager, you will support the daily operation and further development of the system.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Investigate and resolve functional disruptions and user questions
• Prepare, test, and implement corrections and system adjustments
• Guide data validation and reconciliation activities
• Perform and coordinate user acceptance tests and follow up on found defects
• Maintain system documentation, work instructions, and user manuals
• Answer functional questions and handle end-user notifications
• Consult with Yardi Support and internal stakeholders regarding incidents and changes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within Yardi Voyager
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience working with Yardi Voyager
• Knowledge of the configuration and core functionalities of Yardi
• Familiarity with testing, defect management, and user acceptance testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independent work attitude with the ability to combine multiple priorities
• Demonstrable knowledge of SQL
• Data-driven insight into the relationship between data, processes, and systems
• Strong communication skills towards stakeholders
• Affinity with real estate processes and systems
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
• A valid proof of identity and a valid VOG required
