I. Expectations

The role of integration in the context of this application deployment is to ensure the proper implementation, technical integration, and operational maintenance of the various applications within the scope. Intervene in installation, configuration, automation, supervision, and technical support activities, and ensure the reliability of environments and service continuity after application deployment.

The provider will intervene on the CAP 30 Planning application scope, on the application solution.

§ Carry out technical integration activities (deployment and automation via Ansible, ksh exploitation scripts, SQL processing on PostgreSQL)

§ Implement the POA

§ Carry out preparation activities for RUN (Supervision, Restoration, Maintenance in operational conditions)

§ Deploy the technical foundation while respecting architecture standards, security requirements, and specific technical constraints of the client's environment.

§ The service will involve other application scopes also based on Planisware technology (previous versions)

§ Build production environments

§ Go live

§ Verify and validate WAARP flows

§ Analyze and correct identified anomalies

§ Support environment stabilization

§ RUN activities

Expected skills:

§ Good knowledge of the Planisware solution

§ Mastery of Ansible

§ Shell/ksh skills

§ Mastery of SQL and PostgreSQL

§ Analytical and autonomous capabilities

§ Knowledge of the client's technical foundation

§ Knowledge of Planisware version 6.4 is a plus

II. Objective of the requested service

The service should allow:

§ Ensure application deployment and secure go-lives and technical operations

§ Improve supervision and monitoring of environments

§ Ensure application stability and availability

§ Implement application processing and flows

§ Incident resolution (relationship with the publisher)

§ Support teams in the evolution of the PPM platform

Work environment

The service is responsible for the proper preparation, monitoring, and execution of technical activities associated with defined roadmaps and schedules.
