CONTEXT

For a major industrial group in the automotive sector, we are looking for a confirmed Systems & Network Engineer to become the IT referent for a site in Yvelines. Working directly with the site's IT manager, you will be responsible for daily operations, identifying areas for improvement, and managing technical projects from end to end: server migration, equipment renewal, network deployment, IT system redesign.

PROFILE

CONDITIONS

• Administration of Windows and Linux environments
• Installation, upgrade, and configuration of software and hardware
• User account and permission management
• Regular security testing and monitoring
• Network and file system maintenance
• Management of backup and disaster recovery plans
• Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash), use of Copilot
• Configuration of firewalls, routers, and switches
• Routing, VLAN, IP addressing, VPN
• Traffic analysis, performance metrics, log management
• Application, hardware, and network support
• Sharing best practices with users
• Creation and updating of application repositories and documentation
• Writing presentation materials and procedures
• Training employees in a "teach the teacher" format
• Ensuring the proper application of processes
• Master's degree in Computer Science (Bac+5)
• Minimum 6 years in systems and network administration
• Perfect mastery of Windows environments
• Solid network experience (firewall, VPN, VLAN, routing, proxy)
• Good knowledge of telecommunications, AWS, VMware, and Proxmox
• Fluent English (oral and written)
• Autonomous, rigorous, stress-resistant, proactive
• 100% onsite (Yvelines), working hours 8:30 AM
• 6:30 PM
• Exceptional interventions outside working hours (5 to 10 times per year)
• Occasional travel possible (2 to 3 times per year)
