£300-£400 per day (Inside IR35)

Contract: 6 months

London (2 days per week) or fully remote options available

Clearance: Active SC Clearance preferred, or willingness and eligibility to undergo clearance checks

We are seeking an experienced Talent/Workforce Capability Implementation Manager/Business Change Manager to support the delivery of strategic workforce capability initiatives focused on digital and cyber professions.

This role will play a key part in turning workforce capability strategies into practical, measurable delivery plans that drive organisational change and improve capability across a large and complex environment.Working with senior stakeholders, programme teams and business leaders, you will help shape and implement capability initiatives, track progress, manage risks, and support the successful adoption of new ways of working.

Essential Experience

Experience delivering business change and organisational change within talent/workforce capability programmes.

Proven ability to translate strategy into practical implementation plans and successful delivery outcomes.

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

Experience using data, insights and evidence to support decision-making and drive change.

Ability to identify and mitigate risks, issues and delivery challenges.

Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Experience working within complex programme, transformation or public sector environments.
