You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining program management frameworks, coordinating operational integration, and leading a program management team.

Job description
You will support program management for the Energy-Propulsion scope of a major submarine program.
You will establish and maintain the management repository for cost, schedule, and workload aspects.
You will drive the operational integration of the project's various domains on behalf of program management.
You will lead the daily activities of the program management team and the Indret site's control room.
You will define progress indicators and challenge forecasts with Work Package Managers.
You will monitor deliverable progress and deploy necessary corrective action plans.
You will prepare, organize, and lead program reviews as well as internal and external reporting.
You will manage the complete process of risk and opportunity management and track RIDA actions.
You will contribute to the overall program lot planning, including configuration management.
You will oversee Work Package Management and actively prepare the lot for CMMI certification.
You will conduct documentary audits and lead knowledge capitalization through lessons learned (REX).
Candidate profile
With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have at least 5 years of experience.
You have significant experience in project management or program lot management.
You are proficient in design, procurement, and production environments, ideally applied to energy-propulsion.
You possess natural leadership and particularly enjoy collaborative work.
You combine rigor, synthesis skills, and a strong sense of organization to successfully lead your management activities.
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and can easily convince your stakeholders.
