around €100 per hour Interim Team Leader Construction and Equipment Due to the temporary absence of our permanent team leader, we are immediately looking for an experienced interim team leader. You will take charge of the Construction and Equipment team and ensure that the management and maintenance of technical facilities and (medical) equipment continue without interruption. All this in a hospital environment where maintenance and malfunctions have a direct impact on patient care. You will ensure stability and continuity within the team.

Your assignment You will ensure that the team continues to function well, the maintenance schedule stays on track, and ongoing matters are handled carefully. Upon the return of the permanent team leader, you will hand over a stable team and a clear situation. The focus of this assignment is on leading and guiding the team. We are explicitly not looking for a project leader, but a coaching and connecting leader who is visibly present on the work floor, supports employees in their development, and ensures peace, structure, and cooperation within the team. What will you do

• You will manage the team of mechanics, a planner, and a work planner and be their permanent point of contact.
• You will monitor the maintenance schedule and its execution.
• You will be the point of contact for installations, monitor contractual agreements with suppliers, and oversee documentation and certifications.
• You will take up ongoing improvement actions and projects, and identify where the MJOP (Multi-Year Maintenance Plan) and MJOB (Multi-Year Maintenance Budget) require adjustments.
• You will maintain cooperation with stakeholders inside and outside the organization, including Asset Management and the (internal and external) project organization.
• You will report to the cluster manager on progress, bottlenecks, and risks. Who are you
• HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level with a technical background (construction, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar).
• Demonstrable experience as an (interim) manager in technical management and maintenance, preferably in healthcare or another critical environment.
• You learn quickly, switch easily, and add value in a short time.
• Technically strong enough to understand malfunctions and issues yourself.
• You are connecting and reliable: the team knows where it stands.
• You make decisions within the established frameworks and are accountable for them. Duration and scope Immediate, for an initial period of 6 months, 36 hours per week. Extension is possible, depending on the return of the permanent team leader. Practical hybrid working possible, presence as much as possible desired 32

• Completed HBO or WO (university) education with a technical background such as construction, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar.
• Candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a manager in a technical environment. Wishes
• Candidate has demonstrable knowledge and experience with structural constructions and technical installations, including foundations, structural elements, central sterilization departments (CSD), pneumatic tube systems, cooling and freezing installations, and other building-related technical facilities.
• Candidate has at least 6 years of experience as a manager in a technical environment.
• Candidate has experience as a manager in the healthcare sector, preferably a hospital.
• Candidate is strong, connecting, reliable, and responsible. Switches quickly and learns quickly.
