We are looking for a Team Leader for a production team focused on precision assembly and mounting of advanced equipment. The role involves team management, production monitoring, and technical support within a highly regulated environment.

Job Description
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will combine operational field presence with the management of a small team dedicated to the precision assembly and mounting of advanced equipment.
Your main responsibilities
*Team Management and Close Supervision:
Daily supervision of a team of 3 to 4 production operators and assembly technicians.
Distribution of work and setting of operational priorities according to the manufacturing schedule.
Leading regular production meetings (5-minute huddles, daily objective tracking).
Supporting the skill development and integration of team members.
*Production Monitoring and Performance Analysis:
Tracking the progress of manufacturing orders (OF) and ensuring deadlines are met.
Analyzing production deviations, identifying causes of non-conformity, and proposing corrective actions.
Recording tracking indicators (quality, productivity, scrap rate) and ensuring rigorous traceability.
*Technical Support and Compliance:
Providing technical support during complex adjustment and assembly operations.
Ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations, radiation protection, and quality standards specific to the medical and nuclear sectors (GMP/ISO traceability, workstation cleanliness).
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, optimization of operating procedures).
Candidate Profile
Technical Bac Pro to Bac+2 (mechanical engineering, micro-mechanics, production engineering, fitting and assembly, or equivalent).
Proven experience in precision fitting and assembly or mechanical assembly, ideally gained in a demanding and standardized environment (aerospace, space, or high technology).
A first experience in team leadership (tutor, workshop lead, or assistant team leader) is a strong asset.
